Create an apps folder on your phone to keep them in one organized, easy to access location. Remember to build a strong presence on only a few social networks, instead of trying to make an limited appearance on every network.
2.) Pay attention to notifications.
Set up your phone to receive notifications (often called "push notifications") from the social media accounts associated with your business (for example, "@mentions" on Twitter and comments on Facebook). This will help you respond to everyone promptly, and cut down on the number of times you need to proactively check your accounts.
