dynaConnections Releases connectMLS 4.1 - Enhances Mapping and User Experience

AUSTIN, Texas May 3, 2011dynaConnections Corporation deployed connectMLS 4.1 to Midwest Real Estate Data’s (MRED) 38,000 members. The latest release of the browser-agnostic and fully customizable MLS system includes multi-function mapping enhancements, heightened end-user functionality, and new tools to help Realtors® increase their client base.

Upgraded mapping features allow Realtors® to more efficiently work with listing information while increasing their presence in front of their clients. Realtors® can access the additional mapping tools from their search results and listing reports in connectMLS. Some of the map layers that can be turned on and off to highlight boundaries are parcels, school districts, zip codes, and flood plains.

“In connectMLS 4.1, we took the system’s customization one step further by allowing Realtors® to alter their experience to better fit their business needs,” said Tim Ford, dynaConnections President/CEO. “The new features enhance how Realtors® interact with their clients while still providing the MLS staff with a necessary balance of control.”

As an integral part of the connectMLS experience, the My MLS Homepage widgets now have additional customization options. Realtors® can add/remove widgets, adjust individual widget sizes, as well as redesign the appearance and functionality of their homepage. New widgets include an enhanced Client Favorites portal, which allows Realtors® to more efficiently manage and monitor clients’ properties of interest. In addition, Realtors® can customize system navigation between different clients and listings to fit their work style and boost their client service.

The new Lead Capture widget allows Realtors® to view incoming leads from multiple portals (i.e. websites, social media sites, etc.), through a simple link or an advanced form, generated by connectMLS. Using the Lead Capture widget, Realtors® can easily review each lead and instantly transfer the information to their connectMLS client database. This widget accelerates the process of converting leads into clients, while eliminating repeated data entry.
